  3. Alla fine preparare la crema mascarpone. Scaldare la panna senza farla bollire è aggiungere cioccolato tagliato a pezzettini. Mescolare finché il cioccolato non si scioglie completamente. Mettere nel frigo per 2h..poi montare con le fruste elettriche. Alla fine unire con il mascarpone.
  4. Ho fatto tre strati di frolla.. tre di crema
  5. Ho decorato con il macarons, meringhe, biscotti di frolla avanzata, fragole e lamponi.
