  2. Tirare la frolla e formare i biscotti con i stampi e cuocete a 180 gradi fino a doratura e da freddi versare il fruttosio precedentemente sciolto in un pentolino a fiamma bassa con poche gocce di colorante a piacere e far indurire a temperatura ambiente che farà effetto vetro.
