Istruzioni da fare Halloween’s Cupcakes:
  1. Sciogliete il burro in microonde o a bagnomaria, aggiungete in una ciotola la farina, lo zucchero, la granella di nocciole e il lievito per dolci, mescolate bene il tutto.
  2. In un’altra ciotola versate il latte, le uova e il burro mescolate e amalgamate ben il tutto, aggiungete ora la polpa di zucca frullata e mescolate sino ad incorporarla bene.
  3. Ora aggiungete a questo composto il mix di ingredienti secchi, mescolate sino a creare un’impasto omogeneo. Riempite una sac-a-poche con questo impasto, foderate uno stampo da muffin con dei pirottini e poi riempite sino a ¾, infornate a 170° in modalità statica per circa 20-22 minuti, sfornate e lasciate freddare.
  4. Nel frattempo preparate la crema per la copertura, questa volta abbiamo utilizzato un preparato in polvere in quanto necessitavamo di una base stabile che non cedesse, e in più in un negozio di nostra fiducia ci hanno fatto provare la loro crema ed è veramente buona, in alternativa potete utilizzare della panna da montare facendo però attenzione a tenere sempre in fresco.
  5. Prendete il preparato in povere e mettete in una ciotola con il latte, montate sino a che sia ben soda, a questo punto dividete la crema in 2 e coloratele una in verde e l’altra arancione. Riempite 2 sac-a-poche con una bocchetta a stella e l’altra a “spaghetti”.
  6. Non vi resta che sbizzarrirvi con le decorazioni…potete farne di svariate decorazioni finchè la fantasia vi assiste!
