- Fare il caffè e farlo raffreddare.In una ciotola mescolare la ricotta con lo zucchero e l'uovo, poi aggiungere il caffè
- Ed infine l'amido di mais,mescolare il tutto ottenendo un composto cremoso,versare in uno stampo in silicone io ho usato uno della Tuppewer di circa 20 cm ma nonostante tutto ho preferito imburrarlo ed infarinarlo, versarci il composto ed infornare a 180° per un 35 minuti,fate la prova stecchino che dovrà risultare asciutto.Fatela raffreddare e poi sformatela.Tenetela in frigo anche se e' cotta perché fredda a mio parere è più deliziosa!
