Gli ingredienti necessari per fare Tiramisù:
  1. Get 4 uova
  2. Get 100 g zucchero
  3. Prepare 500 g mascarpone
  4. Take 300 g Savoiardi
  5. Prepare Caffè (circa 10 tazzine)
  6. Take a piacere Cacao amaro
  7. Prepare a piacere Liquore
Istruzioni da fare Tiramisù:
  1. Preparare il caffè nella moka e lasciar raffreddare,aggiungere Marsala o altro liquore a piacere..nel frattempo preparare la crema.
  2. Con uno sbattitore elettrico sbattere i tuorli d'uovo e lo zucchero,quando saranno gonfi e spumosi aggiungere il mascarpone. ottenuta una crema omogenea montare a neve soda gli albumi e incorporarli al composto delicatamente dal basso verso l'alto.
  3. Prendere una pirofila passare i savoiardi nel caffè(e liquore) e coprire la base, cospargere con metà della crema.
  4. Continuare con il secondo strato di Savoiardi e terminare con la restante Crema.
  5. Porre in frigorifero per qualche ora..
  6. Poco prima di servire, cospargere di cacao amaro in polvere…o cioccolato
