  3. Nel frattempo preparate il sughetto: in una pentola fate rosolare l'aglio in camicia con poco olio evo e basilico. Togliete l'aglio ed aggiungete i pomodori pelati, salate e fate cuocere per un paio di minuti.
  4. Riprendete i panetti, allargateli uno alla volta con le mani e friggete in olio di semi ben caldo non più di due per volta. Fate asciugare su carta assorbente e guarnite le pizzelle ancora calde.
  5. Noi ne abbiamo guarnite alcune con sugo, pecorino e basilico ed altre con prosciutto cotto e provola, ma ci si può veramente sbizzarrire.
